About the Role
We are a leading provider of professional CCTV, digital, satellite, and aerial installation services across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused CCTV, Digital & Aerial Installer to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Working across residential and commercial properties throughout County Tipperary and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and signal reception systems.
As a key representative of the company, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
- Install and configure CCTV camera systems, satellite dishes, TV aerials, digital reception equipment, and associated cabling.
- Ensure all installations are completed to a high professional standard and in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Set up and test systems to verify optimal performance and reliability.
Maintenance & Repairs
- Diagnose and resolve signal reception issues, equipment faults, and system malfunctions.
- Carry out repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on existing installations.
- Respond efficiently to customer service and support requests.
System Configuration
- Configure digital receivers, routers, network connections, and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Set up remote viewing applications and mobile access for CCTV systems.
- Provide customers with clear instructions on system operation and functionality.
Site Surveys & Assessments
- Conduct on-site surveys to determine the most effective equipment placement for signal quality, coverage, and security requirements.
- Assess installation environments and recommend suitable solutions tailored to customer needs.
Customer Service
- Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service at all times.
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
- Complete installation records, service reports, and job documentation accurately.
- Maintain records of equipment used, work completed, and customer sign-off where required.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience installing and servicing CCTV, satellite, aerial, and digital systems.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads effectively.
Desirable
- Current Private Security Authority (PSA) Licence or willingness to obtain and maintain relevant certification.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications, or willingness to obtain them immediately.
- Experience with IP-based CCTV systems, networking, and remote viewing platforms.
- Knowledge of current digital reception and security technologies.

A growing and established service-based business in County Tipperary is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Clerk, Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to join its team.
This is a varied and rewarding position that combines bookkeeping, payroll administration, and general office management responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, coordinating administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant Irish regulations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple areas of administration, and takes pride in delivering accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Maintain the general ledger using Sage Cloud accounting software.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial record management.
Payroll Administration
- Process weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage PAYE, PRSI, USC deductions, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue regulations.
- Submit payroll information through the Revenue Online Service (ROS).
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for field staff and technicians.
- Maintain organised filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist with VAT returns and related financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and management reports.
- Ensure company records and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Support compliance with Irish employment, payroll, and business regulations.
Software & Systems
- Utilise Sage Cloud as the primary accounting platform.
- Adapt to and learn additional accounting and business software as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes through technology.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll administration, accounts, or financial administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Sage Cloud accounting software.
- Experience processing payroll and managing Revenue submissions through ROS.
- Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Accounting Technician, Bookkeeping, Payroll, or related qualification.
- Experience working within a service, trades, or construction-related business.
- Familiarity with additional accounting, scheduling, or CRM software platforms.
- Experience preparing VAT returns and management reports.
